Walking Football is a great way to stay active and improve your health in many ways. It is a low impact sport, helps to reduce stress and it's a good way to meet new people. If you`ve played football before, walking football is a great way to use your skills and knowledge at a slower pace. Our Tuesday night sessions start on the 19th of November 2024, from 7pm to 8pm at ATP in Barrow Park (what used to be Pulse).
